Every Salotto has a theme but never a panel; a guest of honour but never a keynote. The conversation finds itself.
Past themes — to be revealed only after the season — explore Italian culture, craft, business, ideas. Sometimes a winemaker, a chef, a writer, a builder of things. Always intimate. Always discreet. Always Italian-feeling, even when the guest of honour is not.
Members are seated by design, not by friendship — to ensure the network keeps weaving rather than calcifying.
